Proposes Marlborough Elms subdivision roadway work and drainage with the 100 ft. buffer zone and 200 ft. Riverfront Area to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands, abutting the north branch of Millham Brook.  (Note:  Also going before the Planning Board)
